Youth Blood Education The Youth Services Department is currently in the process of developing a curriculum to educate elementary and middle school children in St. Clair County about the importance of blood donation.
Please take a look at our flyer, which was distributed at the National Save-A-Life Tour, which visited Port Huron and St. Clair in July 2003:
